In Case You Missed It: Oak Ridge Board of Education Candidate Forum Recap

With five candidates running for two open seats on the Oak Ridge Board of Education, it’s more important than ever to know where each of us stands on issues that will shape the future of our schools. I recently participated in a candidate forum hosted by the League of Women Voters of Oak Ridge, where only three of the candidates running attended. It was a great chance to discuss our visions and priorities, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my perspective and what makes Oak Ridge schools truly special for families.

I’ve shared some clips from the forum below, along with the full video for those interested in hearing directly from the candidates who participated. As you review the highlights, I hope you’ll see my commitment to our community and my dedication to addressing the needs of our students and families. Thank you for being engaged in this election, and I look forward to continuing the conversation with you.
